Material & Craftsmanship
This model uses LGW Gold certified full-grain cowhide leather. The leather is processed using a completely vegetable (vegetal) tanning method at Sepici, one of Turkey's leading tanneries. Thanks to this natural, chemical-free tanning process, the product develops a personalized patina over time, becoming even more unique with each use.
Each Magnus passport holder is prepared by individually punching holes from both sides of the leather with 3.85 mm French-style pricking irons. The holes are aligned with millimeter precision. Then, the pieces are completely hand-stitched using the traditional saddle stitch technique with two needles and Japanese waxed polyester thread. This method offers not only visual integrity but also long-lasting durability.
