Therefore, small differences are natural, and these differences are a characteristic feature of handmade products. Since our products are not mass-produced, they may, albeit rarely, show slight visual differences from the images on our website.

Nature and Care of Material:

The natural leathers we use may get scratched or change color over time due to their inherent qualities. This is an expected and natural process of leather, not a defect. Similarly, brass materials may blacken and develop a patina over time. This is also an expected feature of natural brass and further deepens the product's character. Durability and Assurance:

Our products are designed and manufactured to withstand years of use. Our products, known for their durability, are covered by our 2-year warranty. Each product undergoes a quality control process and is impeccably packaged before reaching you. However, if you detect a fault originating from the production or delivery process, however rare, do not hesitate to contact us immediately. In such cases, the necessary support will be provided as quickly as possible.

RETURN

Satisfaction Guarantee:

At New Loco, we care about your satisfaction with the products we offer. Therefore, under our "Two-week satisfaction guarantee," you can return the product within 14 days from the date of receipt without giving any reason. If your reason for return is a manufacturing or delivery fault, New Loco will replace the product with a new one or provide a full refund without any charge.

In Case of Dissatisfaction:

If your reason for return is dissatisfaction or a change of mind about the product, the shipping costs are your responsibility. When the product reaches us, the refund will be processed minus the shipping costs. During the return process, the product and its packaging must be undamaged, unused, and sent complete in its original box.

Personalized Products:

Personalized products cannot be returned, as they are custom-made specifically for you.

Return Process and Shipping Procedures:

You can contact us to obtain a shipping return code for the product you wish to return and to initiate the process. After receiving your shipping code, you can safely send your product to us in accordance with the specified rules. Once the product reaches us, your return process will be finalized quickly.
