Within the scope of KVKK, TLY Dış Ticaret ve Lojistik Limited Şirketi, bearing the New Loco brand, is referred to as the "Data Controller". In this Law, the term "Data Processing" encompasses all kinds of operations such as the acquisition, recording, storage, updating, classification, sharing with or transferring to third parties permitted by law, of personal data fully or partially, automatically or by non-automatic means provided that it is a part of any data recording system.

Due to your product and service relationship with our company, your personal data is processed based on the legal reasons specified in Article 5 of the KVKK. These reasons are; explicit stipulation in laws, being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract, fulfillment of legal obligations, necessity for the establishment, exercise, or protection of a right, and necessity of data processing in line with our legitimate interests. Furthermore, your special categories of personal data are processed only with your explicit consent.

We use your personal data for the following purposes:

– To create a sales contract and issue invoices using your first name, last name, identity number, and contact information,
– To identify you in your transactions with your identity and address information,
– To share important information that needs to be conveyed to you,
– To use your credit card information solely for the purpose of collecting payments for your shopping transactions,
– To inform you about special products, campaigns, and services if you give your consent,
– To carry out service processes with data such as your shopping history and in-store security camera recordings,
– To fulfill our administrative and legal obligations,

Your personal data is shared only with individuals and institutions permitted by the KVKK. Especially within the scope of advertising and marketing activities, limited data sharing is carried out with platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Google, aiming to offer you special campaigns and content.

Your data may be collected verbally, in writing, or electronically through our call center, website, mobile applications, and cookies.

The rights you have within the scope of KVKK are listed below:

– To learn whether your personal data has been processed,
– To request information if it has been processed,
– To learn the purpose of processing the data and whether it is used appropriately for its purpose,
– To know the third parties to whom the data has been transferred domestically or abroad,
– To request correction of incomplete or incorrectly processed data,
– To request the deletion or destruction of data within the scope of Article 7 of the KVKK,
– To request that the correction or deletion operations be notified to third parties to whom the data has been transferred,
– To object to the emergence of a result against you due to analysis by automatic systems,
– To demand compensation for damages if you suffer damage due to the processing of your personal data.

If you wish, your personal data can be deleted by you via our e-commerce website, or you can request its manual deletion by contacting us. Such requests will be concluded within a maximum of 30 days.

You can submit your requests in writing or via our registered electronic mail (KEP) address tlydisticaret@hs01.kep.tr, using a secure electronic signature, mobile signature, or your previously registered and defined email address in our system, care@newlococraft.com. Depending on the nature of your applications, additional information and documents may be requested.
