DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT
1. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
This Distance Sales Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, regarding the sale and delivery of products whose qualifications and sales price are specified below, which the SELLER sells to the BUYER.

5. PRODUCT INFORMATION SUBJECT TO THE AGREEMENT
The basic characteristics of the products are specified at www.newlococraft.com. Product price, payment method, and delivery information are clearly shared during the ordering process.
Delivery method: Shipping fee is covered by the SELLER.
Delivery process: Shipped from Istanbul, on average within 7 business days, depending on product availability.
6. GENERAL PROVISIONS
6.1. The BUYER acknowledges having read and understood all preliminary information regarding the basic features of the product(s) subject to the contract, the sales price, the payment method, and delivery, and confirms this information and accepts that they have placed the order.
6.2. Delivery will be made within the estimated time, depending on the BUYER's residence, not exceeding the legal maximum period of 30 (thirty) days.
6.3. The SELLER undertakes to deliver the product subject to the contract completely, in accordance with the specifications stated in the order, and in compliance with the relevant legal regulations.
6.4. If delivery becomes impossible, the SELLER will immediately notify the BUYER and refund all payments collected within 21 (twenty-one) days.
6.5. In case of force majeure, if the SELLER cannot fulfill its obligations, it will notify the BUYER. The BUYER has the right to cancel the order, request a replacement product, or request an extension of the delivery period. In case of order cancellation, the payment made will be refunded to the BUYER within 21 (twenty-one) days.
6.6. For credit card payments, the refund process is reported to the relevant bank by the SELLER after it is carried out. Depending on the bank's processing time, the refund amount will be reflected in the BUYER's account within a maximum of 21 business days.

The invoice will be sent via email within a reasonable time after the order.
8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
8.1. The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason and without paying any penalty within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the product subject to the distance sales contract to themselves or to a third party indicated by them.
8.2. The notification of the right of withdrawal must be communicated to the SELLER in writing or via a permanent data storage medium within this period. In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, the product return process must be initiated by the BUYER via www.newlococraft.com.
8.3. In cases where the right of withdrawal is exercised, the product must be returned complete and unused, with its original packaging, invoice, and all accessories.
8.4. If the BUYER returns the product within the scope of the right of withdrawal using the contracted cargo company of the SELLER, the shipping cost will be borne by the SELLER. Otherwise, the shipping cost will be borne by the BUYER.
8.5. The SELLER will refund the product price to the BUYER within a maximum of 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the withdrawal notification.
8.6. THERE IS NO RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FOR PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS. Products produced upon the special request of the BUYER, with names written on them, or personalized with customer guidance such as color/stitching/cutting, are excluded from the right of withdrawal pursuant to Article 15 of Law No. 6502.
9. WARRANTY AND RETURN CONDITIONS
9.1. All products sold under the New Loco brand are covered by a warranty for a period of 2 (two) years from the delivery date. This warranty is valid only for manufacturing and workmanship defects originating from the SELLER.
9.2. Conditions covered by the warranty are:
– Seams opening spontaneously
– Separation in leather joints
– Functional deterioration of metal accessories (due to manufacturing)
9.3. The following conditions are not covered by the warranty:
– Deformations caused by misuse
– External factors such as improper storage, humidity, heat, chemical contact
– Unauthorized interventions or repairs made on the product
– Wear and tear due to normal use
9.4. Product returns or exchanges are accepted only for defects originating from the SELLER, and all shipping costs are covered by the SELLER. In all other cases, return and exchange are not possible.
10. AUTHORIZED COURT
Istanbul Consumer Arbitration Committees, Istanbul Courts, and Enforcement Offices are authorized to resolve any disputes arising from this agreement.
