DELIVERY

All domestic orders placed through www.newlococraft.com are delivered to you in the fastest and safest way possible through our contracted cargo companies. Every stage of your orders is meticulously monitored, and our products are securely packaged and handed over to the cargo.

Delivery Time

Your orders are prepared and shipped from Istanbul within an average of 7 business days, depending on product availability. Once the product is shipped, details of your order and the cargo tracking number will be sent to your email address. The cargo company will deliver your order to your delivery address within 3 to 5 business days at the latest. All necessary information will be provided to help you easily track your order throughout the delivery process.

What Should I Do If My Order Arrives When I'm Not Home?

After your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you. If you are not at the specified address or cannot be reached, your order will be delivered to the nearest cargo branch, and an information note will be left at your address by the cargo company. In this case, you must pick up your package from the nearest branch within 3 business days. If you do not pick up your package within this period, your order will be returned to New Loco. For reshipment of your returned order, a shipping fee will be requested from you, or your order will be reshipped with cash on delivery. After this stage, detailed information will be provided to help you track your order.
