Material & Craftsmanship
This model uses a combination of LGW Gold certified full grain calf leather and full grain goat leather. The leathers are processed with a completely vegetable (vegetal) tanning method at Sepici, Turkey's leading tannery. Thanks to this natural tanning method, the product develops a unique patina over time and ages with its user.
Each Nova is prepared by punching holes separately from both surfaces of the leather with 3.85 mm French-style awls. The holes are aligned with millimeter precision, then the pieces are entirely hand-stitched with Japanese polyester dry waxed thread using two needles and the traditional saddle stitch technique. This technique is not only an aesthetic choice but also means lifelong durability.
