Are the products made of genuine leather?

Yes. New Loco Craft products are made with carefully selected vegetable-tanned genuine leather.

What does LWG mean?

LWG, Leather Working Group, is an international system that audits environmental and operational standards in leather production. At New Loco Craft, we carefully source our leather from LWG-certified suppliers.

Does vegetable-tanned leather change over time?

Yes. Vegetable-tanned leather develops a natural patina with use. Its color deepens, the surface gains character, and each product becomes unique to its owner.

Is personalization free?

Yes. Name or initial personalization is offered free of charge on all New Loco Craft products.

Can personalized products be returned?

No. Personalized products are made specially for the customer, so returns are not accepted. Returns and exchanges are available for standard, non-personalized products.

Are the products covered by warranty?

Yes. Our products are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing and workmanship defects. We also offer goodwill support for up to 8 years. Natural leather aging, patina, personal usage marks, scratches, water or moisture damage, and deformation caused by misuse are not covered by warranty.

Are the products tested before they go on sale?

Yes. Every model is tested in real-life use by our own craftspeople before being offered for sale. Comfort, durability, sizing balance, stitch tension, and daily performance are evaluated. No model is added to the collection without passing this testing process.
