DELIVERY

All domestic orders placed on www.newlococraft.com are shipped securely and promptly via our trusted partner, Yurtiçi Kargo. Every step of your order is carefully monitored, and our products are securely packaged before being handed over to the courier.

Delivery Time

Your orders are typically prepared within 7 business days, depending on the product, and dispatched from Istanbul. Once your order is shipped, you will receive detailed information along with a tracking number via email. The courier company will deliver your order to your address within a maximum of 3 business days, depending on your location. Throughout the delivery process, you will be kept informed so you can easily track your order.

What If My Order Arrives When I’m Not Available?

After your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to you. If you are not available at the provided address or cannot be reached, your order will be delivered to the nearest Yurtiçi Kargo branch, and a notification will be left at your address. In this case, you will need to collect your package from the designated branch within 3 business days. If the package is not collected within this period, your order will be returned to New Loco. For the reshipping of your returned order, you will be asked to cover the shipping fee, or the order will be resent to you with a "cash on delivery" option. At this stage, you will be provided with detailed information to help you track the status of your order.
