Distance Sales Agreement

1. SUBJECT

The subject of this Distance Sales Agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the sale and delivery of the products listed below, which the SELLER has sold to the BUYER.

5. INFORMATION ON PRODUCTS/SERVICES SUBJECT TO THE AGREEMENT

The main characteristics of the products are listed on the SELLER's website. During the campaign period, the fundamental features of the relevant products can be reviewed.

6. GENERAL PROVISIONS

6.1. The BUYER acknowledges that they have read and understood the essential characteristics of the product, the sales price, and the payment and delivery information, and have electronically confirmed this information on the SELLER's website.

6.2. Each product subject to this Agreement shall be delivered to the BUYER or the person/organization designated by the BUYER at the delivery address within the period stated in the pre-information section on the website, not exceeding the legal period of 30 days, depending on the BUYER's location. If the product is not delivered within this period, the BUYER retains the right to terminate the agreement.

6.3. The SELLER agrees to deliver the product in full, in accordance with the specifications specified in the order, and with any required warranty certificates and user manuals, free from any defects, and to fulfill the obligations required by law.

6.4. The SELLER may provide a product of equal quality and price by informing the BUYER before the fulfillment period expires.

6.5. In cases where fulfilling the order becomes impossible, the SELLER will notify the BUYER within 3 days of becoming aware of the situation and will refund the full amount to the BUYER within 14 days.

6.6. The BUYER acknowledges that they must confirm the Preliminary Information Form electronically before the product is delivered, and that the SELLER is not obligated to deliver the product if the payment for the product has not been made or if the payment is canceled by the bank.

6.7. If, after the product is delivered, the BUYER's credit card is fraudulently or unlawfully used by unauthorized persons and the payment for the product is not made to the SELLER by the relevant bank or financial institution, the BUYER agrees to return the product to the SELLER within 3 days, with the shipping costs borne by the SELLER.

6.8. If the SELLER is unable to deliver the product within the agreed time due to force majeure, they will notify the BUYER of the situation. The BUYER may request to cancel the order, receive a replacement product, or postpone the delivery. In case of cancellation, the BUYER's payment will be refunded within 14 days. For credit card payments, the refund will be processed within 14 days, but the reflection on the account depends on the bank's processing time.

8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

8.1. The BUYER has the right to withdraw from this Agreement without any legal or penal liability and without providing any justification within 14 days from the delivery date of the product. For services, this period begins from the date of the contract. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in service contracts where the provision of the service has begun before the withdrawal period expires.

8.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the BUYER must notify the SELLER in writing (via registered mail with return receipt, fax, or email) within the 14-day period and the product must not have been used.

8.3. In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal:

8.4. The SELLER is obliged to refund the total price and return any documents that place the BUYER under debt within 10 days from receiving the withdrawal notice and to accept the return of the product within 20 days.

8.5. If the value of the product decreases due to a fault attributable to the BUYER or if the return becomes impossible, the BUYER is obliged to compensate the SELLER for the loss in proportion to their fault.

8.6. If the right of withdrawal is exercised and the total order amount falls below the campaign limit set by the SELLER, the discount amount used within the campaign will be canceled.

9. WARRANTY AND RETURN CONDITIONS

9.1. Under the two-week satisfaction guarantee, the customer may return the product within 14 days of the delivery date. If the return is due to a production or delivery fault, the SELLER will provide an exchange or refund free of charge. If the return is due to dissatisfaction or a change of mind, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

9.2. For sealed gift packages, the cost of the sealing service will not be refunded.

9.3. The product and its packaging must be undamaged and unused, and must be returned in its original packaging. A return shipping code can be obtained from our e-commerce website.

9.4. Personalized products cannot be returned.

9.5. Products are covered by a 3-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects under normal use conditions. Faults caused by the customer are not covered under warranty.

10. COMPETENT COURT

This Agreement is made for commercial purposes. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved by the courts of Istanbul.
