Under the Law, TLY Dış Ticaret ve Lojistik Limited Şirketi, which operates under the New Loco brand, is referred to as the "Data Controller." According to the Law, "Data Processing" refers to any operation performed on personal data, such as collecting, recording, storing, updating, classifying, sharing with or transferring to authorized third parties, either fully or partially, automatically or through non-automated means, provided that it is part of a data recording system.

Legal Grounds for Processing Personal Data

In the context of the relationship we will establish due to the products and services you will receive from our company, we process your personal data based on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of KVKK:

• Explicitly provided for by laws,
• Necessary for the execution or performance of a contract,
• Necessary to fulfill legal obligations,
• Mandatory for the establishment, exercise, or protection of a right,
• Necessary for our legitimate interests, provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms,
• For special categories of personal data, your explicit consent is required as per Article 6 of the Law.

Why and For What Purpose Do We Use Your Personal Data?

• To fulfill the requirements of the sales contract and issue an invoice, we process your name, surname, identification number, and contact details,
• To verify your identity and record your necessary information for transactions,
• To communicate important information via your contact details,
• To process your credit card details to charge the amount owed for the products purchased,
• With your consent, to inform you of special products, services, and campaigns, and provide offers outside the scope of your original purpose for becoming our customer,
• To carry out sales processes, including order history and security camera recordings,
• To fulfill our administrative and legal obligations,
• To process your IP address solely for protection against fraud,
• To share your personal data with platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Google to carry out more effective advertising and marketing activities.

With Whom and For What Purposes Do We Share Your Personal Data?

We only share your personal data with persons and organizations authorized under the Law. In particular, we share your data with platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Google to improve your service experience and inform you about exclusive campaigns.

How Can We Access Your Personal Data?

Your personal data may be collected verbally, in writing, or electronically through our call center, website, and cookies.

Your Rights Under the Law

You may contact us at any time to:

• Learn whether your personal data has been processed and the purpose of such processing,
• Request information about third parties with whom your data has been shared domestically,
• Request correction if your data has been processed incompletely or inaccurately,
• Request the deletion or destruction of your data under the conditions specified in Article 7 of the Law,
• Request notification of the aforementioned corrections or deletions to third parties with whom your data has been shared,
• Object to any unfavorable outcome that may arise from automated data processing, or claim compensation if you have suffered damage due to unlawful processing.

Method of Personal Data Disposal

You may delete your personal data through our e-commerce website, or you may request its manual deletion. Your requests will be fulfilled within 30 days at the latest.
