DELIVERY

All domestic orders placed through www.newlococraft.com are shipped quickly and securely via our contracted courier services. Every stage of your order is carefully monitored, and each product is securely packaged before being handed over to the shipping company.

Delivery Time

Your order will be prepared and dispatched from Istanbul within an average of 7 business days, depending on the status of the product. Once shipped, you will receive all relevant details along with a tracking number via email. The delivery company will bring your order to your specified address within 3 to 5 business days, depending on your location. Throughout this process, you will receive notifications to help you easily track the status of your shipment.

What If My Order Arrives While I’m Not Home?

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you. If you are not available at the delivery address or cannot be reached, the package will be delivered to the nearest Yurtiçi Kargo branch, and a delivery notice will be left at your address. In such a case, you must pick up your package from the branch within 3 business days. If you fail to do so, your order will be returned to New Loco. For reshipping the returned order, the shipping fee will be charged to you, or the package will be resent with cash on delivery (COD). You will receive detailed information at this stage to help you track your order.

Shipping and Delivery Tracking
