DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

1. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
This Distance Sales Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, regarding the sale and delivery of the products listed below, which are sold by the SELLER to the BUYER.

5. PRODUCT INFORMATION SUBJECT TO THE AGREEMENT
The essential characteristics of the products are stated at www.newlococraft.com. Product prices, payment methods, and delivery information are clearly shared during the ordering process.
Delivery Method: Shipping fee is covered by the SELLER.
Delivery Process: Dispatched from Istanbul within approximately 7 business days, depending on the product.

6. GENERAL PROVISIONS
6.1. The BUYER declares that they have read and understood the essential characteristics, sales price, payment method, and delivery information of the product(s), and approved this information before placing the order. 6.2. Delivery shall be made within a maximum legal period of 30 (thirty) days, depending on the location of the BUYER.
6.3. The SELLER undertakes to deliver the products completely and in accordance with the specifications stated in the order, in compliance with legal regulations.
6.4. In case the delivery becomes impossible, the SELLER will notify the BUYER immediately and refund all collected payments within 21 (twenty-one) days.
6.5. In the event of force majeure, the SELLER shall notify the BUYER. The BUYER has the right to cancel the order, request a replacement, or postpone delivery. In case of cancellation, payment will be refunded within 21 (twenty-one)days.
6.6. For credit card payments, the refund is processed by the SELLER and notified to the bank. The refund amount will be reflected in the BUYER’s account within a maximum of 21 business days, depending on the bank's process.

The invoice will be sent via email within a reasonable time after the order.

8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
8.1. The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days without providing any reason and without incurring any penalty.
8.2. Withdrawal notification must be made in writing or via permanent data storage within this period. Returns must be initiated through www.newlococraft.com.
8.3. The product must be returned unused, complete, with its original packaging, invoice, and accessories.
8.4. If the return is made through the contracted cargo company, the shipping cost is covered by the SELLER. Otherwise, the cost is borne by the BUYER.
8.5. The SELLER shall refund the product price to the BUYER within 14 (fourteen) days from the date the withdrawal notice is received.
8.6. THERE IS NO RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FOR CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS. Products made upon special request, with name engraving or customer-directed color/stitch adjustments are excluded from the right of withdrawal under Article 15 of Law No. 6502.

9. WARRANTY AND RETURN TERMS
9.1. All products under the New Loco brand are covered by a 2 (two)-year warranty from the delivery date. This warranty applies only to manufacturing and craftsmanship defects caused by the SELLER.
9.2. Covered warranty cases include:

• Spontaneous opening of stitches

• Separation at leather joints

• Functional malfunction of metal parts (due to manufacturing) 9.3. The following are excluded from warranty:

• Deformations caused by user error

• Damage due to improper storage, moisture, heat, or chemicals

• Unauthorized repairs or interventions

• Normal wear and tear from usage 9.4. Only in cases caused by the SELLER will returns or exchanges be accepted, and all shipping costs will be covered by the SELLER. In all other cases, returns or exchanges are not accepted.

10. JURISDICTION
All disputes arising from this contract are subject to the jurisdiction of Istanbul Consumer Arbitration Committees and Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices.
